It’s all about FOOD fOOD FOOD!

Our famous PolishFest kitchen will be serving up your favorite homemade food. In addition, a variety of homemade hot foods will be available for festival-goers to enjoy at home.    

To help wash down all that food, we have a wide selection of Polish and American beer, wine, soft drinks to choose from.

  Kielbasa Sandwich served in a rye roll with kapusta

  Bigos (Hunterstew) served in a traditional rye bread bowl

  Golabki (pigs-in-the-blanket)  cabbage rolls made of cabbage
   leaves stuffed with a mix of rice & beef
  Borscht (Polish Beet Soup)
  Placki Ziemniaczane (Potato Pancakes) 
  Pierogi dumplings of Potato  and cheese or  Sauerkraut and
   mushroom

Cooking Demonstrations
Polish Fest will feature cooking demonstrations. Local Polish cooks will illustrate the techniques of making pierogi and salads.  A full schedule of demonstration times is coming soon!
